Robert E. Kent
Robert E. Kent (1911 in Canal Zone, Panama – 1984) was an American film writer and film producer.
Kent began as a rapid screenwriter for Sam Katzman at Columbia.〔p.109 Weaver, Tom ''A Sci-Fi Swarm and Horror Horde: Interviews with 62 Filmmakers'' McFarland〕 For seven years he worked as a writer and story editor at Columbia. Then he became a producer for Edward Small.〔Warners Buys No. 1 Seller, 'Nun's Story'; Satire Will Be Staged Scheuer, Philip K. Los Angeles Times (1923-Current File) (Angeles, CA ) 1 November 1956: C15.〕 He used the pseudonym James B. Gordon for some of his work,
